These Terms & Conditions govern the supply of goods by Potters Pork Products Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”) to trade customers (“you”, “your”).

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

We supply strictly to trade customers, including:

• Wholesalers
• Cafe's
• Butchers
• Food service businesses

• Orders can be placed via phone, or agreed ordering method
• It is your responsibility to ensure order accuracy

• We offer FREE delivery across the West Midlands, Monday to Friday
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must ensure someone is available to receive goods

We pride ourselves on consistent, high-quality products. 

If there is an issue:

• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery
• Products must be stored correctly upon receipt
• We may request evidence (e.g. photos)

• Payment terms are agreed upon account setup
• Late payments may result in suspended supply

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
